- The County Museum is located on the main street (Route 30) in Newfane, one of the most beautiful villages in Vermont and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The West River Railroad Museum is located on Cemetery Hill Road (a short walk from the County Museum.)

Admission is free. All donations made during this benefit concert will support the renovation of the County Jail building and the installation of new exhibits in the new home of the Windham County History Museum.

The County Museum and the West River Railroad Museum will be open for the 2024 season from Saturday, May 25th through mid-October.
County Museum hours: Saturday and Sunday from Noon – 5:00PM. (Also by appointment.).
West River Railroad Museum: Saturdays and Sundays from Noon – 4:00 PM. (Also by appointment.)
Admission: Admission is always free to the Museums of The Historical Society of Windham County. Donations are appreciated.
